1. Service
PhotoReady provides an online tool to convert user-supplied photos into photos prepared in a selected general output size. Final acceptance is decided by the relevant issuing authority.
2. Pricing
HD photo downloads cost $4.99 per photo as a one-time payment. No recurring fees apply.
3. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Creem, our third-party payment processor and merchant of record where applicable. After payment is confirmed, your digital photo is available from the same browser for up to 24 hours.
4. Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains when we may issue refunds, including reviewed claims involving a written rejection from an issuing authority.
5. Acceptable use
You must own the rights to any photo you upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent. Do not use PhotoReady for face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive identity documents, or unlawful purposes.
6. Authority decisions
You are responsible for selecting the appropriate size and reviewing current requirements before applying. An issuing authority makes the final decision on acceptance of a photo.
7. Liability
PhotoReady is provided as-is to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party authorities.
