1. What we collect

We collect the photo you upload, an essential session cookie used to protect access to your photo, and order and download metadata. If you contact us, we also receive the information you include in your message. We do not sell your personal data.

2. How we use your photo

Your photo is processed to prepare a photo in the size you select. Uploaded images and derived files are stored privately. Download access expires within 24 hours after processing, and files are removed through scheduled cleanup.

3. Payment data

Payments are handled by Creem, our third-party payment processor and merchant of record where applicable. We receive payment status and limited order metadata, but never store your card number.

4. Cookies

We use an essential cookie to associate your private photo order with the browser that created it. This lets you view and download your order without making the photo publicly accessible. We do not use advertising trackers.

5. How we share data

We use service providers to host private files and process payments. They may process data only to provide those services. We do not sell or rent personal data.

6. Your choices and rights

You can request deletion of any still-stored photo data through oursupport email. Please do not include passport numbers, addresses, or other unnecessary sensitive information in support requests.
